In addition to new home construction, as a professional Minnesota and Wisconsin licensed farmland specialist, David has been associated with the agriculture industry for all of his life. David grew up on his family’s farm between Cleveland, MN and Le Sueur, MN, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with an Agriculture Economics degree. In 1991, David started his real estate career with a farm management company in Southwest Minnesota, working with buyers and sellers of farmland and rural properties while also managing client's farms. David is a member of REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), Upper Midwest Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute and was the Upper Midwest Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute 2021 President, 2020 Vice President, and is a member of the chapter's board of directors. David definitely has the experience and knowledge of the agriculture industry that provides the skills necessary to develop a team of key professionals that will surely bring added value when working with him as your professional farmland sales specialist in Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
